Implementing, following, and maintaining procedures and best practices consistent with C-TPAT/OEA security criteria:
- Cooperating with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and relevant authorities to strengthen supply chain security.
- Meeting and exceeding recommended business and security standards across all operations.
- Supporting global initiatives to prevent terrorism and protect international trade.
- Providing security guidelines and training for employees, contractors, service providers, and affiliated partners.
- Ensuring a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, vendors, and visitors.
- Investigating and responding promptly to any security incidents related to cargo security or C-TPAT/OEA compliance, and notifying the appropriate authorities when required.
